First it was beer cans, now I cook with a brick. Butterfly chicken, smash it flat onto a sizzling fry pan and then add insult to injury by pinning the poor bird down with a brick. I am looking to cook my next chicken with an motorized leaf blower. Any Ideas?

sounds yum. but, doesn't brick absorb liquid? watch your back for salmonella
He put the "brick" (such as it was - you should prod Steve for more details on the true identity of his brick) on top of a pie dish, to spread the weight evenly across the much-abused bird. So no salmonella risk, but thanks for watching our backs!
not that I don't care about you guys' well-being, but I was really just giving steve a hard time. it's pretty fun; i think i found a new hobby. (shut-in)
